Greetings from the North Carolina Mountains! I want to personally thank you for taking your valuable time to browse through the incredible selection of properties that we have available, along with all the phenomenal values. In the 26 plus years that I have been in the real estate business, I have never seen a more opportune time to take advantage of “The Biggest Real Estate SALE Ever”. Even though I say that with a smile, in all honesty, if you have ever even remotely dreamed of owning a cabin, home, or an investment property in the mountains, now is the time.
In the uncertain times that we are living, I have made a very definite and determined decision. Appalachian Land Company was founded by my late husband and me in 1985. Our roots run deep as a family owned business. Generations on both sides have lived in this area for years and years. I was raised in a family business and was taught the value of hard work and genuine caring. Over the many years, we at Appalachian Land Company have carefully surrounded ourselves, with only those who share this same mindset and are committed to carrying it forth. One of my very favorite quotes by John Muir is as follows: “Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and cheer and give strength to the body and soul.” In the days that we are living in, this is a very vital truth and there is no place like the mountains to run to when we need to be refreshed and revitalized.
