Easter Weekend:

We are really excited about our Easter Weekend that is quickly approaching.

Friday night will kick off our weekend with" Just Us "appearing at the

nearby John C. Campbell Folk School. They feature Traditional and Contemporary Bluegrass and Gospel Music. The John C. Campbell Folk School is a short 10 minute drive from the campground and features some of the finest regional and national acts performing old-time, bluegrass, folk, gospel and celtic music. Saturday will feature an Easter Egg Hunt and Candy Bar Bingo. Mountain View Community Church and Pastor Jeff will be here for our Easter Sunday Sunrise Service. The praise team " Effigy" will accompany pastor Jeff with great music.

The bathhouse and all cabins will be open for the camping season so make your reservations now.

Pavilion Church Services:

The dates have been set for the Sunday Services at the pavilion featuring the praise team " Effigy" and Pastor Jeff from Mountain View Community Church.

They are as follows:

April 4th, Easter Sunday Sunrise Service

May 23rd

June 20th

August 1st

It will truly be an uplifting experience for all that attend.

Group Bookings:

It's not to early to start booking for your group. We cater to all types of groups including churches, rally groups, family reunions, Boy and Girl Scouts, etc. We offer our groups the use of the pavilion and club meeting room. The club meeting room offers a full kitchen, bath, cable T.V. and lots of room for all types of activities. Our 4 full service cabins are great for those that do not own an RV but still want to experience the campground atmosphere. Dee can assist your group with any area activities, reservations in area restaurants, catering, etc.

Campground Store

We are proud to announce the opening of our expanded camp store. We have stocked many RV items, food items, and non-food items. We have a great map done by a local studio featuring nearby waterfalls, hiking trails, fishing areas, and even places to find gold.

Area Happenings

Event: Empty Bowls

Date: March 20th
Cost: $25.00/p/p
Location: John C. Campbell Folk School
Select a handcrafted bowl form a collection donated by area potters. Next fill your bowl with a hearty meal of soup, salad, bread, and dessert. Enjoy live entertainment and take your bowl home with you. www.folkschool.org
