The “Coast Inn”, for great views of the emerald waters, and sugar white beaches of the gulf. Just two doors away from the dedicated beach access, you are only one hundred paces from the beach (no roads to cross). This Florida style community of “Gulfside Cottages” holds charm and style with white picket fences, brick paved walkways, and a heated community pool that is also only a few paces away. Location, location, across from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, grocery stores, drug store and restaurants galore. Something for everyone to do – great biking, golfing, and shopping.
The “Coast Inn” is a spacious 2200 sq. ft. with four bedrooms and three baths, with sleeper sofas in the living area and the tower bonus room. There are great views of the gulf from tall levels and and especially the tower. There are 6 TV’s and 3 VCRs and 3 DVDs “for movies”, a video game machine, and books for your indoor relaxation. Enjoy the bistro tables with swivel bar stools and four chairs on each deck for your outside enjoyment. The master has a nice table for your "office at the beach" or for the internet junkie. Your home at the beach is decorated to the tee with all conveniences. Washing and drying clothes in the laundry room will even provide a great view of the gulf. Attention to detail is evident throughout the house especially in the kitchen, which has all conveniences for inside dinning. There are two wrap around covered porches, one with an electric grill and bistro table, the other with table and chairs near the gas grill provided for your outside dinning pleasure.
Coast on Inn for great views, and great times;Pets 25 lbs and under are welcome. Renters should bring light weight beach chairs. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent near by.

Rates
$180 cleaning fee and 12% tax, $85 damage/waiver/reservation fee is added to rate. $50 pet fee if applicable 50% of rental amount is due within 5 days of reserving with remaining amount due 30 days prior to occupancy. If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form and receive a 3.5% discount. Major credit cards accepted. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance. Travel Insurance is 6.5% of total. For questions concerning travel insurace, please call CSA directly at 800-554-9839.
